We have been producing fresh Italian pasta and specialties since 1992. Our production is focused on several segments – short and long pasta, stuffed pasta and finished ready meals. In 2020, we installed a modern automatic production line, with a serious capacity, which allows us to produce highest-quality pasta. We carefully select the used raw materials – special flours from Italy, only fresh meat, milk cheese, fresh vegetables. Our politics is the production only with natural ingredents. “Fast-freezing” technology allows us not to use any preservatives, colorants, enhancers or substitutes (chemical or plant) in the products and still guarantee a long-lasting fresh taste of our products. The fresh pasta produced by our company is characterized by exceptional taste and quality. Lasagna sheets, Tagliatelle, Pene Rigate are extruded under very high pressure on a bronze die. This provides a wall roughness that keeps the sauce on it when consuming. The machines are equipped with vacuum pumps that draw air from the dough, ensuring the strength of the pasta, as well as greater density. In the stuffed pasta, Ravioli, Tortellini, as well as in Pelmeni “Silva”, in addition to the high quality of the dough, the fillings are also characteristic, they are mixed only from high-quality natural raw materials.
We do not add any kind of chemicals, substitutes or taste improvers!
The modern line allows us to produce off-standard products in small quantities by order. For example Ravioli with mushrooms or Tortellini with ricotta and spinach. Italian cuisine gives us an extremely wide range of possibilities.

They provide the opportunity for fast and tasty food and their preparation is in minutes and does not require effort or skills.
