Our company specializes in the production of fresh frozen Italian pasta and specialties. We started in 1992 in Sofia with the production of frozen ravioli, lasagna sheets, ready lasagna and pizza. In the following years, the range was successively supplemented with other typical products of European cuisine – tortellini, pelmeni, ready meals and large variety of short and long pasta products.
The highest quality of Silva products is guaranteed by the selection of raw materials – high-protein semolina from durum wheat, origin Italy, fresh eggs, high-quality unfrozen meat, the precise selection of ham, dairy products and vegetables. Our mission is to use only natural raw materials in our products – we do not use any artificial or natural additives, flavors, preservatives, substitutes or colorants. The “fast-freezing” technology allows us to produce only from natural raw materials and still be able to guarantee long-term freshness and perfect taste to our products.
In 2020 we installed a new, modern production line, which allows us to further improve the quality of our products, as well as to add to the range Tagliatelle, Penne Rigate, Fusili and many other products of authentic Italian cuisine with capacity over 200 kg per hour.
