Boil Fresh Tagliatelle "Silva" without thawing it in salted boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. Drain the water in a strainer.
Put the cooked Tagliatelle "Silva" in a bowl, add a little olive oil and mix well. Then garnish with a sauce of your choice and grated Parmesan / yellow cheese / and enjoy the superb taste of traditional Italian cuisine.
