Ingredients:
Dough: 100% Semola from durum wheat / origin Italy /, fresh eggs (4 eggs / kg.), Salt, water.
Filling ( 30% ): Porcini mushroom, Mozarella, 2 types of cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, sunflower oil, eggs, salt, spices.

Shelf life 6 months at -18 degrees!
