Extruded on a modern Italian production line, under very high pressure and vacuum through a bronze die, from 100% Semola from durum wheat, origin Italy, and 4 fresh eggs per kilogram. 100% quality raw fresh pasta, without prior heat treatment during production. Increases its volume by 50-70% when cooked!

Dough: 100% Semola from durum wheat / origin Italy /, fresh eggs (4 eggs / kg.), Spinach pasta, salt, water.
Filling ( 30% ): Spinach pasta, two types of cheese / yellow cheese, eggs, salt, spices.

Shelf life 12 months at -18 degrees!
