Dough: 100% Semola from durum wheat / origin Italy /, fresh eggs (4 eggs / kg.), Salt, water.
Stuffing / 30% /: Minced pork ( incl. 12% half-fat ), yellow cheese, breadcrumbs, vegetables, salt, spices.
Shelf life 12 months at -18 degrees!
